Patient Relations

Your opinion matters to us! We will listen to your concerns, complaints, praise, ideas, and suggestions of any kind. Our patient relations team will follow-up, evaluate all of your concerns, and report back to you quickly. Every complaint and every suggestion will be treated individually and confidentially.


If you prefer to express an opinion in person, you can find us on the ground floor (Room 1.68) of Operations Centre I (OZ I). You will also find a mail box there in which you can drop us a note. Please include your name and phone number, so our employees can contact you as soon as possible.
